For many of our clients, simply getting around the house can feel overwhelming or even risky. That’s why our Mobility & Physical Support services focus on helping individuals move through their day safely, with dignity and steady encouragement.
Whether it’s rising from a chair, walking to the mailbox, or transferring to bed, we’re there with a steady hand and a warm presence.

🪑 Transfer Assistance
- Safe support from bed to chair, toilet, or walker
- Lifting support with fall-prevention techniques
- Coordination with physical therapists (if applicable)
🛁 Safety During Daily Activities
- Bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance with proper movement aids
- Navigating stairs, hallways, or ramps safely
- Fall-risk supervision
🚶 Walking Support
- Indoor or outdoor walking assistance
- Help using walkers, canes, or gait belts
- Encouragement for circulation, stability, and confidence
💪 Strength & Balance Encouragement
- Light guided movement exercises (if approved)
- Routine support for doctor-recommended mobility plans
- Reassurance and calm pacing for those with Parkinson’s, arthritis, or balance challenges

✅ Standalone Visit (1 Hour): $60–$75
✅ Add-On to Companion Visit: +$25
